Welcome to the official author guidelines for Word Astra Journals. Our publication policies are designed to uphold academic integrity, promote high-quality research, and facilitate a seamless submission and peer-review process. Authors are encouraged to review the following guidelines carefully before submitting their manuscripts.
All submissions must adhere to ethical research standards, proper citation practices, and formatting requirements. Manuscripts should be original, unpublished, and aligned with the scope of our journals. We follow a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the credibility and scholarly value of all published content.
Authors are required to provide accurate affiliations, disclose potential conflicts of interest, and comply with our plagiarism policies. Detailed formatting instructions, reference styles, and submission procedures can be found below.

Manuscript Types
We accept original research articles, review papers, case studies, and theoretical papers across disciplines, including but not limited to social sciences, technology, healthcare, business, humanities, and environmental studies.
Formatting Requirements
Manuscripts should be in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.
Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, and double line-spaced. It must not be more than 20 pages including appendixes, references, tables, etc.
Include an abstract (150–200 words) and 3–5 keywords.
The manuscript should follow the APA (7th edition) or discipline-specific citation style since if it is an interdisciplinary Publication.
Submission Process

Authors should ensure that their submission is original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
Peer Review Policy
All submissions undergo double-blind peer review to ensure fairness and objectivity.
The review process takes approximately 2 weeks.
Authors will receive a notification stating the editorial decision – whether Accepted or Rejected.
Ethical Policies
Plagiarism Policy
Word Astra strictly prohibits plagiarism. Manuscripts will be screened using plagiarism detection software.
Any submission with more than 10% similarity (excluding references) will be rejected.
Authorship Guidelines
All authors must have significantly contributed to the research.
The corresponding author should ensure that all co-authors have agreed to the final version before submission.
Conflict of Interest
Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any conflicts of interest that could influence their work.
Open Access & Licensing
Word Astra Journals is an open-access journals body, meaning all published articles are freely available online.
Authors retain copyright of their work and grant the journal a license to publish under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license.
Publication Charges
There are no submission fees.
But if accepted after the peer review process, authors will be required to pay a publication fee to cover administrative, editorial and publishing costs. Currently, the fee is pecked at $25 or its equivalent in your local currency.
Retraction & Correction Policy
Articles may be retracted if found to contain unethical content, plagiarism, or falsified data.
Authors may request corrections for errors after publication, subject to editorial approval.
Copyright and Permissions
Authors must obtain permission for any copyrighted materials used in their manuscript.
The journal holds the right to edit and format accepted manuscripts for clarity and consistency.
