Nigeria's Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has long struggled with inefficiencies in service delivery, particularly due to the lack of effective performance measurement systems and outdated administrative practices. Despite the introduction of reforms aimed at modernising operations, including e-administration and performance tracking mechanisms, the CAC's organisational performance remained suboptimal. This study investigates how the adoption of performance measurement and e-administration (modern technologies) has contributed to improving the CAC's efficiency and service delivery. Using Public Choice Theory as the guiding framework, the study employed both descriptive and survey research methods, gathering data from 388 respondents, including CAC staff and registered business owners. The results demonstrate that the integration of performance measurement systems and e-administration has led to measurable improvements in the CAC's operational efficiency and accountability. The findings highlight that these reforms have enhanced the speed and transparency of service delivery, contributing to better overall organisational performance. The study recommends that the CAC continue strengthening its performance measurement frameworks and expand its use of technology to improve service delivery and maintain public confidence.
