About the Journal
Journal of Biosciences and Environmental Studies (JBES) is a peer-reviewed, multidisciplinary journal dedicated to advancing knowledge in the fields of biosciences, environmental studies, and related disciplines. JBES welcomes high-quality, original contributions, including research articles, review papers, case studies, short communications, and book reviews that address contemporary scientific challenges, environmental issues, and emerging trends globally.
The journal seeks to provide a platform for scholars, researchers, and practitioners to disseminate research that contributes to scientific understanding, policy development, and sustainable practices.

1. Manuscript Submission
All manuscripts must be submitted electronically via the journal’s submission system or by email at: jbes@wordastrajournals.com.
Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
Each submission should include a cover letter briefly highlighting the manuscript’s significance, originality, and relevance to JBES’s scope.
2. Manuscript Structure
a. Title Page
Include the following:

3. Formatting Requirements

Language: Clear and grammatically correct English (British or American), consistent throughout

Font & Spacing: Times New Roman, 12-point, 1.5 line spacing, fully justified

Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides

Length: 4,000–5,000 words (excluding references and appendices); longer papers may be considered with editorial approval
4. Referencing Style
JBES follows the APA 7th edition referencing style.

References should be listed alphabetically at the end of the manuscript
